Residents of participating communities may send guest access links to visitors
using the HOA Gate mobile application.
Residents must obtain consent from the recipient before entering their phone number to send a guest access message.
When a resident enters a guest's phone number, the guest will receive a single
SMS message containing a secure link to open the gate.
