HOA Gate Access SMS Program Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the HOA Gate Access SMS Program operated by Southern Automated Access Services, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By providing your mobile phone number during registration after scanning the QR code, you agree to receive SMS messages as described below.
1. Program Description
The HOA Gate Access SMS Program provides transactional text message notifications related to:
- Gate access requests
- Temporary access confirmations
- Entry approval confirmations
These messages are strictly transactional in nature. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on visitor activity.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Southern Automated Access Services does not charge for participation in this SMS program.
4. User Consent
You opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Entering your phone number after scanning a QR code at the kiosk located in front of a gated community.
By providing your number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to gate access.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you re-enroll.
To re-enroll, scan QR code again or contact support.

7. Data Collection and Use
