Messages are sent only in response to access-related events or actions initiated by a resident, property owner, or authorized user. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

By providing your mobile phone number to a property owner, manager, or authorized administrator and agreeing to receive SMS notifications, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to gate access and visitor entry.

Message frequency varies depending on access activity.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-enroll.

For help, reply HELP or contact the property administrator or Southern Automated Access Services.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
