Southern Automated Access Services, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Robert, who has spent his career in the gate and access control trade. We are based in Lutz, Florida, and we serve Hillsborough, Pasco, and Hernando counties — the same communities we live in.
Every job is handled by our own technicians: the site survey, the install, the programming, and the service calls afterward. Nothing gets subcontracted out and nothing gets handed to a call center. That is why HOA boards and property managers stay with us year after year.
We are an IDEA certified installer and a DoorKing certified dealer, and we work on equipment from every major manufacturer. Our installations meet UL 325 and ASTM F2200 safety requirements, which protects both residents and the associations responsible for them.
