SMS Communication Policy
Southern Automated Access Services, Inc. may send SMS messages related to appointment scheduling, service updates, technician arrival notifications, customer support, access control and gate system operations, and guest and resident gate access workflows.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Customers may opt in by submitting a website form, requesting service, contacting the business directly, or using gate access workflows that include SMS consent disclosure. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
QR Code Gate Access
Residents and guests of participating communities may request gate access by scanning a QR code at the entry kiosk, which directs them to a consent form on Southern Automated Access Services' website. When a visitor provides their phone number and consents, they receive a single SMS message containing a secure, one-time-use link to open the gate. Links expire automatically and are never used for marketing purposes.
Residents and guests only receive messages when they personally consent using their own phone number.

No Marketing Messages
Southern Automated Access Services does not send unsolicited marketing or promotional SMS messages. All messages are transactional or operational in nature and are only sent following explicit customer consent.
