SMS Communication Policy
Southern Automated Access Services may send SMS messages related to:
- appointment scheduling
- service updates
- technician arrival notifications
- customer support
- access control and gate system operations
- guest and resident gate access workflows
Customers may opt in by submitting a website form, requesting service, contacting the business directly, or using gate access workflows that include SMS consent disclosure. Message frequencies vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
QR Code Gate Access
Residents and guests of participating communities may request a link to access a gated community using a QR provided on a Kiosk that contains a consent to opt in form.
When a resident or guest provides their own phone number, the owner giving consent will receive a single SMS message containing a secure link to open the gate.
